Pre-registration Information
Pre-registration closes May 15th! Yep. pre-registration is the way to go. Why? Because it's cheaper! Please let us know that you’re coming so that we can plan for you! This is all the fine print that's on the pre-registration form, so us old folk can read it: Tribute Required To partake in this great and glorious event one must provide adequate tribute. For those who are smart enough to pre-register, we’re going to reward you by demanding less tribute! Member Adults (Chronologically 18 and better) $15 (Pay at the gate and it will cost you $17!!) Non-member Adults (Chronologically 18 and better) $18 ($3 extra tribute for the Imperium!--And if you pay at the gate, it'll cost you $20!) Youths (Chronologically 13-17) $10 ($12 at gate!!) Children (Chronologically 6-12) $7 ($9 at the gate!) Children (0-5) Free! (They cost enough as it is!) Pets (even though they fetch, squires don’t count!) $3 ($5 at the gate!) Pre-Registration Send your completed form(s) along with a check or money order (US funds only) made payable to: “SCA Inc., Barony of Adiantum” To keep the pre-registration-o-crat honest, please don’t send cash! Pets We love our animals, however, the park does not! Sorry, Pets are limited to cats, dogs, and non-livestock birds, aged more than 6 months, with proof of current rabies vaccination. Proof must show an expiration date and can either be mailed with the pre-registration or presented at gate upon arrival. We want you to stay, but the Park won’t let your pet in without the proof of vaccination! Pirate ships require up-to-date rabies vaccination for the entire crew--Yarr! (OK… We’re just kidding…) Transfers Sometimes, you find out that you can’t come to the event. If you have a friend who wants to take your place at this grand and glorious event, simply send a note with them to the event along with the proof of your registration. Refunds Refund requests must be postmarked by the first day of the event, May 25th. We won’t refuse any refund request as long as it arrives on time. Refund requests will only be accepted via US mail. and must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that we send it back to the right place! To make sure that we don’t overlook your request, please write “Hey! I want my Money Back!” on the envelope. If, for whatever reason, you can show up at the event after mailing a refund request, go ahead and show up anyway, you’ll still be pre-registered. Don’t expect us to give you you’re money back, though. Because of this, refunds will not be mailed out before June 1st. (and it takes us a while to recover enough to do the paperwork!).
