Preregistration Form

So, ya know what? There's supposed to be a form here, on this site. But there isn't...nope. Nada. Ya know why? Because our Webmaster, Duke Amalric, just had to run off to Estrella to eat some rattan, that's why.  Could he upload the silly form to the site so I could tag it in here for you? NOOOOOoooo...HE had to run away and play with all the other fighters. So I'll do a saving roll, and stick the form in another place, so you can get the form from ME, who's stuck at home, not shopping at Estrella. SOME of us stay home and behave in a responsible manner when we have work to do..... :)
