Egil's Bardic Competition!

Come one, come all, for an evening of merriment and song! Prepare to be
regaled with epic tales, beautiful music, and entertainment of all kinds, while enjoying good company around a warm fire.

We invite bards of all ages to attend the Annual Egil's Bardic!

Gather around the bardic fire for songs, stories, dancing, poetry, instrumental music, and performance arts of all kinds!  This year's Egil's Bardic will be very similar to last year's--and we all remember how much fun that was.  If you weren't lucky enough to make it last year, join us for some new memories!

The Egil's Bardic will begin with a competition with Olympic-style judging and categories in Vocal Song, Instrumental Song, Story, Poetry, and Other Performance.  Please feel free to bring your own original works or any traditional work.  Documentation is not required, but please keep your performance to a medieval or SCA-related theme.

After the competition, please stay for the Open Bardic!
